General Information

The Person County Schools Student Services Department is responsible for the archiving of student cumulative records of former Person County Schools students

Per District policy and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) student records are only available to those who have authorization from the student or parent, guardian or responsible person if the student is less than 18 years of age. If the student is 18 years of age or older, school records will not be released to a parent, guardian, or responsible person without the student’s written consent.

All requests for student records / information will be submitted and paid for online. Phone, mail, or fax requests will no longer be accepted.

Charges will apply when ordering student records. Please note the information below:

    • Please allow 5-7 business days to process student record requests.
    • Requests for information must be completed online and will be processed on normal business days during normal business hours (Monday- Thursday 8:00 AM-5.00 PM).
    • Click the appropriate link button to request information.

You will receive a confirmation email when your request is received. Once your order has been processed by the Registrar and mailed, your payment will be processed and you will receive an email confirmation and receipt. If the record you are requesting is not available, you will receive an automated email denying the order and another email from the Registrar with details about the problem. Your credit or debit card will not be charged if your records request cannot be fulfilled.

All requests will be checked for accuracy. Any inaccurate information may result in your record not being processed. All communication with regard to your order, payment, our progress, and the records delivery will be sent via email.

The Following May Be Requested by Alumni: must meet ALL requirements
High School Transcript $7.00 per copy  

The High School Transcript includes Immunization Records and DOB information.

There is a $3.00 convenience fee per order, and a $7.00 document processing fee per document per address requested.

The Following May Be Requested by Corporations / Universities / Attorneys:
High School Transcript & Verification of Graduation $7.00 per copy  


Corporate requests will be shipped via 'Business Shipping' for a fee of $10.00 per address in addition to per document fees and the $3.00 convenience fee.

Business shipping will result in 5-7 day delivery.

The Following May NOT Be Requested:
Diplomas and GED Information We do not process Diplomas or GED information.
